How much does bulk SMS cost in Kenya?

With Satas, from KES 0.60 per SMS for up to 5,000 messages, falling to KES 0.13 per SMS above two million. Prices include VAT.

What is a sender ID?

It is the name your messages come from, for example your business name instead of a phone number. We register it with Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom for a one-time fee of KES 6,500.

How do I pay?

Buy prepaid credits with M-Pesa or card. There is no contract or monthly fee.

Can I send SMS from my own system?

Yes. Use our REST API with an API key, or SMPP for high volumes. Delivery reports can be sent to your system by webhook.

Which networks do you deliver to?

All Kenyan mobile networks, including Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom.
