Cloud PBX

Cloud PBX for Kenyan businesses

A complete business phone system that runs online: extensions for your team, a company number, phone menus and call recordings, with no hardware to buy.

A PBX is the system that connects a company's phones: it gives each person an extension, answers incoming calls, puts callers through and records what happened. A cloud PBX does all of this online. There is no box in a server room, no technician needed to add a phone, and your team can take calls in the office, at home or on the road.

Satas runs its cloud PBX from Nairobi for businesses across Kenya, on the same platform our own call centre uses.

What you get

How incoming calls are handled

For each number you choose where calls go: ring everyone, ring one person, send callers to a queue, or play a phone menu. Each person can also have their own direct number. Outside your opening hours callers hear a closed message or can leave a voicemail, so no call goes unanswered without a trace.
