What this website collects about you, why, and the choices you have.
This page explains how Satas Communications Ltd ("Satas", "we") handles personal data on this website, satas.co.ke. We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Our apps and platforms have their own policies: see the Satas Call privacy policy.
If you fill in the quote form or the call-back form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, company and message. It goes to our customer records so our team can reply, send you a quote or call you back.
If you use the chat on this website, we keep your name and the messages you send, so our team can answer and follow up.
With your permission we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies that tell us how people use the site, not who they are. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
We remember whether you accepted or declined cookies in your browser's storage, so we do not ask again on every visit.

To change your choice, clear this website's data in your browser and the cookie notice will appear again on the homepage.
We do not sell your personal data.
Our own staff who handle your enquiry, and service providers who host our systems or provide analytics, under agreements that require them to protect it. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Google keeps analytics data for no more than 14 months.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us using it. Email support@satas.co.ke. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
